Weekly Update 11/9-11/13

Hello to everyone!

Thank you for a great round of parent conferences! I appreciate the positive feedback you gave me, and I want to say thank you for teaching your child at home. I know that being a homeschool teacher was not in your plans. But you have made it work, and I appreciate that.

Here are this week’s announcements

****This week’s schedule is as follows:***

Monday:  Team 2 at school; Team 1 at home

Tuesday-Friday:  All kids here!

Wednesday:  NO LATE START. We will no longer have late start Wednesday.

*Veteran’s day is Wednesday, November 11th. We have school on this day, and I will be doing a lesson on what this holiday means. We will make cards for veterans. If you have a veteran in your family that you would like your child to make a card for, please let me know!


*This week is Red Ribbon Week.  Please see information about Red Ribbon dress-up days from Mrs. Behler, our Health teacher,  below

Wednesday: Team Up Against Drugs!

Wear your favorite sports team attire

 

 

Thursday: Our Future is Looking Bright without Drugs!

Wear tie-dye or bright colors

 

 

Friday: Willow Creek Chooses to be Drug Free!

* Scholastic books have been ordered! They will be here next week sometime.
