Weekly Update 4/22-4/26

Hello everyone!

I’m so happy to report that 100% of our families attended our learning showcase.  The kids were excited to show you what they learned and researched about the United States.  It was an engaging way for them to learn about our country, as well as work on literacy skills.  I’m so proud of the work they put into it. Thank you for coming!  Below is a link to our “concert” video.

In other newsthere are lots of links and announcements this week!  Please read on

*Our school carnival is on Friday, May 3, from 5:00-8:00 pm.  Each grade level is responsible for collecting items for gift baskets to auction off at the carnival. First grade has 2 baskets.  Our basket themes are:  Family Night and Road Trip.  Anything you can donate to add to the baskets would be appreciated! Some things that have been donated so far are:  board games, DVD movies, card games, candy, gift cards to restaurants. Any more of these would be good donations, or if you’ve got something else in mind, that’s great too. The PTA has made online sign-ups for our baskets. Please click the link below to see what else is needed. If you have already donated, kindly head to the online sign-up and note what you have already donated on the sign-up form. Thank you!
